This is the agreement between you and Loom Labs AI LLC when you use DiscoveryHQ. We have written it in plain English, because terms nobody can read are not terms anybody really agreed to.
Effective 2 August 2026 · Loom Labs AI LLC
This summary is here to help you read the rest. The numbered sections below are the actual agreement.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can change or cancel from your settings at any time; a cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
We record what ChatGPT and Gemini said when we asked, shown as real counts. No score, ranking, recommendation or result is guaranteed.
We write the fix and you paste it in. Read it before you publish it, and nothing is ever changed on your website automatically.
DiscoveryHQ is developed and operated by Loom Labs AI LLC. Our address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, we, us and our mean Loom Labs AI LLC. You means the person using DiscoveryHQ.
By making an account, running a check-up, or using any other part of DiscoveryHQ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
If you are using DiscoveryHQ for a company or a client, you are telling us you are allowed to agree to these terms on their behalf, and “you” then means both you and them.
DiscoveryHQ is a measurement and recommendation tool. It asks AI assistants the questions your customers actually ask, records the answers, reads your website page by page, and tells you what to change so you get recommended more often.
Nothing runs on a schedule. There is no monitoring, no alerting and no daily or weekly tracking. A check-up happens when you press the button.
DiscoveryHQ measures and suggests. It does not change your website, and it does not contact your customers.
You need to be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using a service like this under the laws that apply to you.
Give us accurate details. Use a real email address you can receive mail at, and only add a website you own or are allowed to act for. Keep your details up to date so we can reach you about your account.
Signing in is by email or a Google account, handled by our authentication provider. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and do not share one account between people who should have their own.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by somebody you gave access to. If you think someone else has got into your account, email support@dicoveryhq.com and we will help you shut it down.
Our acceptable use policy sets out what is and is not allowed. It is part of these terms, so breaking it breaks this agreement too. The headlines:
There is a free plan, and there are paid plans. You can use DiscoveryHQ without paying anything. Paid plans are billed monthly in United States dollars, in advance, and the current prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never reach us.
Renewal. A paid plan renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed, at the price then shown on the pricing page, until you cancel. Your monthly allowance of check-ups resets at the start of each billing period, not on the first of the calendar month. Unused check-ups do not carry over.
Changing plan. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; after that you drop to the free plan and keep your data.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we pause new check-ups and say so in the app. Your data is not deleted. Updating your card resumes the plan.
Refunds and price changes. Payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and we would rather you cancelled early than felt stuck — write to us if something has gone wrong. If we change a price, we will tell existing subscribers before it applies to them.
Taxes. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT or GST that may apply where you are; where such tax is due it is added at checkout.
If we do start charging, we will publish the payment terms and the prices before anything is charged, and you will have to agree to them first. A free account will never quietly become a paid one.
Each plan has limits: how many questions you can track, how many check-ups you can run in a month, how many topics you can have, and how many written fixes you can generate. We enforce those limits on our side, before any AI work starts.
The limits exist because every check-up costs real money in AI calls. They are not a negotiating tactic.
We can slow down, pause or suspend usage that is abusive or that puts the service at risk — automated sign-ups, repeated attempts to get around a quota, or traffic that degrades the service for other people. Where it is fair and practical, we will tell you first.
We may change limits as the product changes. If a change makes your plan meaningfully smaller, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Your content is everything you bring or type in: your website address and the pages we read from it, your business details, your topics and tracked questions, notes you write, and your account email.
You keep ownership of it. Nothing in these terms transfers it to us.
You give us permission to store, copy, process and show your content back to you for one purpose: running the service for you. In practice that means sending your questions and business details to the AI providers (OpenAI, Google) so they can answer, sending your website address to a website-crawling provider and a search-results provider so your site and the search results can be read, and keeping the results in our database so you can look at them again. That permission ends when the content is deleted.
We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to advertise to other people. Your data sits in a Postgres database with row-level security, so one business’s data cannot be read by another. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our privacy policy.
You are telling us you have the right to give us this content, and that our using it as described here does not break anyone else’s rights or the law.
DiscoveryHQ — the software, the design, the wording, the scoring method, the checklists, the report layouts and the name — belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. These terms give you permission to use the service. They do not give you any ownership of it.
So please do not copy, resell, rent out or sublicense the service, take it apart to work out how it is built, or use it or its reports to build a competing product. Do not remove our name or notices from anything we produce.
You may share your own reports inside your company and with your own clients, contractors and agency. That is what they are for.
If you send us an idea, a bug report or a suggestion, we can use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.
When we write a fix — wording for a page, an answer to a question customers keep asking, or a small code label that tells AI what your business is — that output is yours. You own it and you can use it on your site, keep it, or throw it away.
You are responsible for reading it before you paste it in. AI-written text can be wrong, out of date, or say something about your business that simply is not true. Check the facts, the prices, the promises and anything with legal weight, and change whatever is not right. It goes out under your name, not ours.
Nothing is ever applied to your website automatically. We write the fix, you paste it in. We never make a change to your site ourselves.
A change is confirmed by running another check-up, never assumed. Until a fresh check-up shows the difference, treat a fix as untested.
Similar businesses ask similar questions, so we may produce similar wording for other customers. Your ownership of your output does not stop us producing comparable output for someone else.
The answers we measure come from ChatGPT and Gemini, through the AI companies’ own official services with web search turned on. Those services are not ours, and we do not control what they say.
They also change. A model gets updated, a page drops out of the search index, and the same question gets a different answer next week. That is normal — it is part of what we are measuring, not a fault in the measurement.
If a provider changes its rules, its pricing or its availability, that can change what DiscoveryHQ is able to do, and we may have to add, change or drop an engine. We will say so when it happens.
We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of DiscoveryHQ also has to respect their rules. We rely on other providers too: Supabase for the database and sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, a website-crawling provider and a search-results provider.
This is the most important section on the page, so it is written as plainly as we can manage.
A check-up is a snapshot. It records what two AI assistants said, at the moment we asked, in the samples we ran. It is evidence about that moment. It is not a permanent fact about your business.
AI answers vary. That is exactly why we ask every question 3times per engine and show you real counts, like “recommended in 2 of 9 checks”. We never show a confidence percentage, because no such number exists.
Nothing here is a guarantee. Following a fix does not guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend you, that your score will go up, that you will appear in search results, or that you will get more customers or more revenue. Anybody who promises that is guessing.
The website reading has limits. A crawl can be blocked, time out, miss pages, or misread an unusual layout. Scores are worked out from what we could actually read, and the report tells you what that was.
Competitor information is what AI said. When we record that an assistant named another business and gave a reason, that is the assistant’s claim, not ours. It can be wrong or unfair about them.
If a result looks wrong to you, tell us at support@dicoveryhq.com. Every score traces back to the questions and answers behind it, so we can show you the working.
DiscoveryHQ gives marketing suggestions. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and using it does not make us your adviser.
If a fix touches something regulated — health or safety claims, prices and offers, guarantees, licences, or anything about who you are allowed to serve — get proper advice before you publish it. What goes on your website is your decision.
We work hard to make DiscoveryHQ accurate and useful, and we would rather tell you about a limit than hide it. But we have to be straight about what we are promising.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty, stated or implied, that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, secure against every possible attack, fit for a particular purpose you have in mind, or that its results will be accurate, current or complete.
Some countries and states do not allow all of these exclusions. If yours does not, this section applies to you only as far as your law allows, and nothing here takes away consumer rights you cannot give up.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses: lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, lost rankings, lost or corrupted data, wasted spend, or business interruption — even if we were told those losses were possible.
Our total liability to you for everything connected with these terms and the service is limited to the greater of: the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Since nothing is charged today, that figure is one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used DiscoveryHQ, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, damages and legal fees for it. That covers claims about content you gave us that you did not have the right to give, a website you checked without permission, breaking the acceptable use rules, or breaking the law.
We will tell you about any such claim promptly, and you can take part in defending it. We will not settle a claim in a way that puts an obligation on you without asking you first.
You can stop at any time. Inside the app you can delete your business and its check-ups, and you can ask us to delete everything by emailing support@dicoveryhq.com.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use rules, that puts the service or other customers at risk, or where the law requires us to act. Where it is fair and practical, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account for a reason other than serious misuse, we will give you a reasonable chance to download your reports before your data goes.
The parts of these terms meant to outlive the account keep applying afterwards: what belongs to us, the disclaimers, the liability limit, the indemnity, and governing law.
We are actively building this product, so it changes. We may add, change or remove features. What changed and when is recorded on our changelog.
We may also update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant — anything that affects your rights, your data or what you are charged — we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
Carrying on using DiscoveryHQ after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service, and you can ask us to delete your data.
These terms, and any dispute about them or about the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state will deal with any dispute.
If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, or to rely on your local consumer law, that right stands and this section does not take it away.
Before starting anything formal, please email us at support@dicoveryhq.com. Almost everything is quicker to sort out that way.

The free check-up asks 3 questions on ChatGPT and Gemini, 3 times each — 18 separate checks in about a minute or two. No card needed to run it.
